To the best of the seller's knowledge this puppy is sound and in good health. It is understood that the puppy be taken to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase. "If the puppy is not examined by a vet., of the buyer's choice within 72 hours of purchase, this contract is null and void."
** Seller's must be informed within 2 days after examination, of the results; by phone or email. The failure of this will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.
** If the examination indicates at the time of the sale, this puppy was unfit for purchase due to illness, disease or congenital disorder; you may returen the pet to us for an exchange of equivalent value. NO CASH REFUNDS
** Sellers's guarantee the puppy agains fatal viruses for 72 hours. These include: Distemper, Parvo and Corona. It does not include coccidia or kennel cough.
** This puppy is guaranteed until (5) years of age against fatal and life altering congenital and genetic disease, which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes: severe hip displaysia, severe luxating patella's, kidneys, heart, pancreas, spine and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this (5) year time frame, purchaser will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain the reason.
** Seller's must be notified of the problem within (2) business days of the licensed veterinarian's determination and have (2) reports from (2) different veterinarian's stating the same problem. Seller's will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value, if the findings are the seller's fault.
** This guarantee does not cover skin allergies, or food allergies.
** Seller's will not be responsible for veterinarian fees or costs. Purchasr is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understand that he/she will be responsible for all veterinary costs.
** There is no guarantee or warranty that the purchaser will be able to breed or show the puppy, regardless of show or breeding potentials.
** Purchaser will keep the puppy current on all vet. care, including: shots, dewormings and heart worm preventative.
** Purchaser agrees to feed the puppy with high quality premium pet food, and not allow the puppy to become obese. Seller's advise you to keep the new puppy separate from other dogs in and out of the house until the veterinarian has given it a clean bill of health.
** Seller's are not responsible for temperament issues; as they can be caused by a lack of training, discipline or proper dog socialization. Which is dtermined by every dog's personality.
** Hypoglycemia, malnutrition and dehydration are not covered under the terms of this contract.
If purchaser can no longer take care of this puppy, they must contact seller's for first right to puppy. Seller's are given the option to buy the puppy back at the same price the buyer's paid or assist the buyer's in finding a new home for the puppy.
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. Seller's do not give cash/credit refunds. Any returned puppy must be accompanied by any and all paperwork supplied by the seller at the time of sale, as well as a written statement from a licensed veterinarian stating: (A) all shots are up to date and have been kept up to date. (B) dog has been kept on heart worm preventative medication (C) dog appears to be healthy and well cared for (D) written statement by (2) licensed veterinarian's stating the reason(s) for puppy being returned.
Buyer agrees that he/she understand this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Missouri, in the county of Greene. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Greene county, Missouri. This contract is valid only for original buyer and puppy, it is not transferable.
